Now more than ever, supporting our restaurants and the people they employ is important. The Seattle Restaurant Alliance, in cooperation with Kelly Guenther of the Guenther Group, spoke to local restaurant owners about the narrow margins of the restaurant business, their relationship with their employees and the community, how they contribute, ways the public can support them, and what we stand to lose if they don't receive the critical support they need. Our first conversation occurred with James Beard award-winning chef and owner Edouardo Jordan of Salare, JuneBaby and Lucinda Grain Bar in Seattle.
