Get Ready to Apply for Money from the Restaurant Revitalization Fund
The recently passed American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 established the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) to provide grants for restaurants sustaining financial losses due to the coronavirus pandemic.
This important emergency funding will not require repayment and may be used to pay for a wide range of eligible expenses dating back to February 2020.
If your operations suffered coronavirus-related losses, please find out if you are eligible and start getting ready to apply. Restaurants in operation for only part of 2019 or that opened in 2020 or later are eligible.
The U.S. Small Business Administration is expected to release its RRF program guide and sample application any day and it will start accepting applications shortly afterward. When you apply matters. Get an in-depth FAQ and more on Washington Hospitality Association’s RRF Toolkit here.
